Terms and Conditions

The progress of the treatment should be documented.One treatment every 3 weeks for a total of 3 treatments (1 course)
(Only those who are able to cooperate in taking pictures of the treatment area and answering questionnaires before the first injection, after the first and second injections, and 1, 3, and 6 months after the first injection.
・VMI (Vaginal Mucosal Histopathology) is mandatory

 

 

■Regarding Consultation Fees
For those receiving their first consultation with Dr. Miyamoto
【Initial Consultation Fee: ¥5,500】will be charged.
〇 Those who have already been examined by Dr. Miyamoto
Subsequent visits will incur a follow-up fee. However,
【Follow-up Visit Fee: ¥3,300】 is charged only for consultations.
※The above fees apply even for free vaginal examinations.
